Terri S Hembree

Terri began her career in the mortgage lending field 44 years ago and worked throughout the industry from the ground up. She was a processor, loan officer, closer, underwriter, branch manager, assistant vice president and vice president of several companies. Terri learned how to work with people to realize their dream of home ownership. She also enjoys working with clients and numbers to create a loan that will work for them and their situation whether it is to purchase or refinance their home.  I am well versed in all types of loans including Reverse and Construction financing.

 I enjoy fishing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling and sewing in my spare time.  I also have an English Springer Spaniel therapy dog, Lucas,  and we spend time seeing people in assisted living places and other venues where Lucas can spread the love.  A win win for the people and for Luke getting pets!
